Note that Novell is case-sensitive. Try entering the password in upper case.

Additional notes:

To run a login script to a Novell server, WinBatch has no way of doing that using the Netware 3X or 4X functions. You must do either a Run or RunWait on the Login.exe file, which is found in the Novell \Login directory, to run the login script.
