Novell Black Screen of Death

Problem:

After booting up Windows, the making a network connection, detaching, exiting windows. Then start-up Windows again, make a network connection, detach, you get the black screen of death.

This is a result of either:

1. Using Netx older than version 3.3, or
2. Your netware.drv in Windows system directory out of date.
