How can I disable "Allow inheritable permissions from parent to propergate to this object" in the Security tab on a folder?

Download the latest version of the Win32 Networking extender for WinNT/Win2K. It has 2 functions in it, wntAccessMod() and wntAuditMod(), which can control the inherit from parent setting on folders & files. Check out the Win32 network extender help file for more details about those 2 functions.
