RAS and DunConnect under NT

Question:

Why doesn't dunConnect() seem to work properly under NT?

Answer:

Well...I've done some digging..

It seems that the RAS API or RAS DIAL under NT does not support using post dial terminal windows!

It would seem that I *have* to use a shortcut to launch my connectoid (using ShellExecute) or at least use the RAS phone book in some fashion.

I thought that Win95 was suspect but now that I've had a chance to look at NT, I am very unimpressed.
