What is the pdh.dll file for in winsock.zip?

Do I need to distribute it if using wwwsk34I.dll?

A search of MS web site re: to this file made me think I don't need it.

Answer:

The pdh.dll is only used on NT clients in support of some of the wxGetInfo functions.
